The entire PlayStation Movie and TV Show in the works. DevelopmentSony is currently creating an abundance of PlayStation-related TV shows in addition to TV shows. In the past few years D2R Items, Sony is accelerating its recently created PlayStation Productions. The production company is currently engaged in at least seven well-known projects, some of which are in the beginning of a simple idea on a whiteboard.
Some of them have been shot, some are currently preparing to shoot as well, while others are still in the writing phase and you'll get the picture. In all likelihood, PlayStation is actually very committed to this project and this can't be said regarding a number of other studios attempting to bring video games into their own.
PlayStation Productions released its first project earlier this year in the form of Uncharted, which has been a long time coming. Uncharted. The film adaptation of Naughty Dog's game of the same name is in development for over a decade, exchanging hands with numerous writers, directors, and actors.
The final film ended up featuring Tom Holland in the role of Nathan Drake and although the film didn't go over well for critics, it did bring in a healthy amount of money at the box office and is a good prelude to another sequel, so it's likely that more live-action Nathan Drake adventures are on the horizon at some point. The potential for a sequel to Uncharted sequel isn't the only thing Sony is working on, though.

The Last of Us - HBO TV SeriesWhat is likely to be the next TV show coming from PlayStation Productions is yet another Naughty Dog adaptation. HBO is adapting The Last of Us with Chornobyl's Craig Mazin and Best place to buy D2R items The Last of Us co-creator Neil Druckmann at the helm of the production.
