苦苦等待！終於有消息啦📣💥！喺新財年開始一個半月後，移民局官網終於更新22-23財年澳洲各州或領地州擔保臨時配額‼️😍
⚠️呢個配額其實唔係簽證配額，而係聯邦政府俾州或領地政府嘅「技術移民提名配額」⚠️，係用於190同491技術移民簽證。💁🏻♀️
簡單嚟講，申請人係需要滿足聯邦政府對190或491技術移民簽證嘅要求，其中有一項要求係💥「要獲得州或領地政府提名邀請」，而想獲得州或領地政府提名，係需要滿足各個州或領地政府嘅提名要求。呢啲配額，就係州或領地政府用嚟發放提名邀請啦。（詳細可再聯繫MEA Group為Roodies 解答）

對比上一個財政年度，好明顯呢個財政年度，190同491簽證所需嘅整體提名配額都有所增加📈。
各個州嘅190總配額高達30,610個，比起上年多出接近成倍。🌟🌟
491總配額就相對變化唔多，每個州分到嘅配額都有加有減。
可以睇得出，今年190簽證提名配額比重遠超491，明顯可以睇到新上任嘅政府希望畀更多人更快、更直接拎到永居身份（190簽證），而唔係一直拎住臨時簽證（491簽證）。
⚠️呢個配額只係臨時配額，10月份新預算案推出之後可能仲會有調整。
再嚟睇睇每個州或領地政府嘅提名配額情況 及 值得留意指數 （🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟為最值得留意）
🇦🇺Canberra：🌟🌟
ACT本財年190有少量增加，491都增加咗，同其他州比較，配額仲係偏少，政策幾乎冇改變，競爭會相對激烈🥊。加上，職業清單放寬咗，同埋ACT州政府比較積極邀請境外申請人，所以短期嚟睇係有好轉，但相比起其他州份就冇咁好喇🙈🙈。
🇦🇺New South Wales：🌟🌟🌟🌟
新州本財年190 同 491加埋大概有1萬2千個，對比上財年增加咗4000幾個配額‼️整體都係一個好現象，申請人嘅分數可能冇上個財年咁大競爭🫣！👍🏻
今年新州申請要求同之前冇乜變化，會用新州嘅職業清單（目前暫時未公佈），對應職位亦會有工作經驗等要求。同時亦會開放比onshore 或 offshore嘅申請人遞交📥。
🇦🇺Victoria：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
維州可以話係呢個財年嘅大贏家，無論係190定491，都幾乎增長咗3倍‼️
而呢個財年維州嘅州擔保申請門檻比上年都相對低咗，允許更多職業申請💼。移民局職業清單上嘅所有✨職業都將會符合申請條件，唔再需要用STEMM Skills8或者唔洗喺target sector工作都可以申請🥹👍🏻。同時onshore或offshore申請人都可以遞交申請📥。
🇦🇺Queensland：🌟🌟🌟
對比舊年，昆州配額都係增加唔少，190簽證配額double，491都加咗三百幾個📈✨。不過由政策要求嚟睇👀，昆州嘅門檻依然好高🫣。今年工作通道亦要對境外開放，所以雖然昆州配額數係增加📈，但係競爭依然好大🥊🥊。
🇦🇺Northern Territory：🌟
北領地政策一直比較穩定，雖然配額有所增加，但係政策同門檻基本上冇太大變化🤓。當地學校都比較少，亦冇特登吸引留學生去當地讀書，可以話北領地嘅配額數係“合情合理”。🫡
🇦🇺South Australia：🌟🌟
南澳就同往年一樣，幾乎冇變化。整體配額比較穩定，190加少少，491就減啲啲🤏。南澳一直以嚟本身嘅配額數都係ok多💁🏻♀️。今年政策大綱就已經公佈，都係接受onshore同offshore申請📥。境內職業超過500個，境外職業超過470個，具體細節同職業列表預計喺8月25號開放申請前公佈。
🇦🇺Tasmania：🌟🌟🌟
塔州本財年190配額亦幾乎DOUBLE。新財年嘅政策就有所調整，但配額充足嘅情況下，滿足最低門檻嘅朋友仔機會都好大💪🏻😆。相反，塔州491配額今年下降比較多，由2200直接減到1350（似係將491配額調配到190🤔）。如果10月新配額出嚟變化唔大，想行塔州491簽證呢條路嘅Roodies 壓力就大少少啦😶🌫️！
